Inspiration Mobility Text Messaging Policies and Consent

Inspiration Mobility leverages text messaging exclusively for normal, information interactions with users of our systems. We will not text message you for any marketing or non-service-related information. We will only send you text (SMS) messages if you have explicitly opted-in, and at all times, you can opt-out of text messaging by Replying “Stop” to any text message, or by changing your communication preferences in the Inspiration Mobility Garage App.  

If you initiate text messaging with our systems ad hoc on your own by sending a text to one of our support numbers, you will be presented first with the following message to ensure you understand your rights and our policies: 

“This is Inspiration Mobility contacting you, as requested. Remember – Standard SMS text message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.” 

Withing the Garage platform, you can look for this consent on any applicable forms where you can opt-into text messaging: 

“[  ]  By checking this box, I agree to receiving automated SMS text messages at the phone number provided. Msg & data rates apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help and STOP to end. This conversation may be recorded and retained. https://inspirationmobility.com/privacy-policy”
