Andrea Keller

Andrea Keller is the General Counsel at Inspiration Mobility. In her role, Andrea draws on two decades of experience advising commercial teams and executive leadership on complex transactions to further Inspiration’s mission of decarbonizing fleets through EV financing, leasing, and charging solutions. 

Andrea brings a distinguished legal career spanning both the private sector and the federal government. Prior to joining Inspiration, she was a partner at Wilson Williams, where she represented developers, startups, and development finance institutions on domestic and cross-border transactions. She also served for over 15 years in the legal department of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, acting as lead counsel on cross-border transactions across a range of sectors including renewable energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and microfinance. 

Andrea holds a JD from American University’s Washington College of Law, an MA from American University’s School of International Service, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
