We’re the first Electrification Accelerator^TM: an integrated provider of turnkey electrification solutions spanning Fleet, Energy, and Electrification Finance. Rather than retrofit an existing business model to attempt to fit a new era of mass electrification, we decided to invent a new one. Electrification changes everything and requires an unprecedented integration of previously disparate disciplines such as fleet management, energy project development, real estate, equipment leasing, real asset investing, and sustainability, to name a few. Relentlessly focused on customer needs, we are uniquely positioned to deploy capital, technology, and value-added services to accelerate decarbonization through electrification. 

Where we work

We are a hybrid organization with roughly half our team based in our Washington, DC, headquarters and the rest spread around the country, including in our second office in New York City. In geographies where we have an office, our local teams work together in the office Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home Mondays and Fridays.
